NOW Real Food® Beef Gelatin Powder is a versatile thickener, stabilizer and texturizer that mixes instantly – no soaking necessary. Gelatin is commonly used in jams, jellies, desserts, marshmallows, and many other foods. It’s often used to create volume without adding a lot of calories.
Mix 1 tablespoon into your favorite cold juice and consume immediately. May also be used to make gelatin-style desserts by adding to very hot water and then adding sweetener, fruit and ice per recipe directions.
